^Lot 527 Underwood M1 Carbine Cal: .30 M! SN: 4011479

U.S. Military parkerized semi-automatic carbine with an 18" barrel, sling, oiler, mag pouch and 4 magazines. Metal finish is probably refinished and is very good with no deficiencies. Bore is shiny with sharp rifling. Barrel is marked "Underwood 6 43". Action works well with later turn lever safety. Adjustable rear sight. Stock has part of the crossed cannons cartouche on the butt. Wood may have been refinished and has dings and scrapes. Mag pouch is marked U.S. on front and "Hoff 1943" on back and holds 2 unwrapped 15-round mags. There is also another 15-round mag stamped "IA" and a 30-round unmarked mag.
